When I try to schedule a report (example - top 20 active users) I recive this error: Scheduled Report sched2 could not be generated due to an internal problem. MailConfig is ok. I tried even to remove mail config and leave it only to export file in hard drive, but still this error shows up. Has anyone faced this problem before?

Try performing an update to the GFI then repeat the process. It seems the service running the scheduling reports is crashing when you run it. Alternatively, re-install the software and then try the generator again. Secondly, if the software uses a service in the Service list, then you should check it. Go to Start > Run > services.msc. Locate it in the list and restart it. It should work this way.
